FACILITIES

The Surin International School provides students with all the required facilities to aid growth. We believe that learning takes place inside and outside the classroom. That is why we go the extra mile in offering unique facilities.

Music Department

We offer an in-school music programme as part of our curriculum across all year groups, as well as offering more specialised one-to-one music lessons in instruments such as piano, drums, voice coaching and guitar. We are also happy to extend this to other musical fortes should the need arise.

The Science Lab

Our fully equipped and specially designed science lab has been a student-led and fundraised project. It is a space where students are able to engage and get involved in experiments that are relevant to their area of study. This ranges from chemistry and physics to biology and even as far out as astronomy.

Library and Resource Centre

We have a large selection of books across all our age groups along with well maintained and looked after play and teaching resources such as board games, puzzles and developmental games.

Pod-to-Plate

We delight in having a small farm lot on-site. This area offers us a small agricultural space to develop an understanding of “farm-to-plate”, “sustainability” and “self-reliance” and once again helps us to connect to nature.

Outdoor Play-Area

In our Early Years Department, The Surin International School offers a dedicated space where young learners can play freely and safely. This area is designed to allow them to engage in water play, outdoor class activities, and experiments, as well as enjoy their free time in the fresh air.

Field and Basketball Court

We encourage students to take learning outside the classroom too, that is why we have a large natural grass field for students to play football and participate in various outdoor activities, such as football, P.E and child-friendly archery. It's a great opportunity for them to get in touch with nature to nurture their minds and bodies too.

On-site Catering and Teaching Kitchen

Our kitchen is used during school hours to prepare healthy, nutritious and well-balanced meals for all our students. A well-balanced diet directly impacts one's ability to achieve mentally.

In our Extracurricular Programme we offer a cooking and baking class where students have the opportunity to learn hands-on life skills in the kitchen.

Art Room

We're thrilled to introduce our newly constructed art room, designed to cater to all our students' creative aspirations. It's a place where they can unleash their imagination, get a little messy, and truly express themselves. With its vibrant and inviting atmosphere, our art room serves as the perfect backdrop for both classroom activities and extracurricular programs.

Lion Heart Café

Our newly built Lion Heart Café is not just a place of relaxation; it's a hub for our students' business training and skill development. Often bustling with activity, students take over the space as part of their entrepreneurial classes, presenting, preparing, and selling their latest creations.
